Lorna joined PMA in 1987 to assist in the development of PMA’s retail consultancy business. Lorna helped to develop PMA’s UK retail services and comprehensive retail databases alongside Dr Ian Wells, and now heads up the firm's detailed UK Retail Forecast and Retail PROMIS services. Since 2010 Lorna has used her wide range of skills and experience to develop and head up PMA’s European Logistics Service.
